What Happens When You Call

You get a real conversation, not a script. We'll ask what's bothering you, like a chlorine smell, spots on glass shower doors, reddish stains in a sink, or simply wanting to know what's in your water. From there we suggest a sensible first step, which is usually a water test before any equipment comes up.

When a home visit is worth it, we pick a day and time around your schedule. We look at where the water line enters your home, check the space under the sink and near the water heater, and give you a written, line-item estimate. If scale is building up in your water heater and costing you efficiency, we'll tell you. If your water doesn't need a softener, we'll tell you that too. We work in Grapevine and nearby towns including Southlake, Colleyville and Coppell.

What Helps Us Help You on the Call

  1. Jot down the taste, odor, staining or scale that's bothering you and about when you first noticed it.
  2. Whether your home is on city water or a private well, if you know.
  3. The approximate age of your home, its plumbing and your water heater.
  4. Any filters or softener already installed, with the brand or model if it's easy to find.

Start With a Conversation

We're glad to answer questions even if you're not ready to schedule anything. A few minutes on the phone usually tells us both whether a test or a visit is the right next step.
